Formed as a campaign for Illinois ratification, the work of ERA Illinois was fueled by partners around the state.
Today, our advocacy continues post-ratification. Most recently, ERA Illinois was instrumental in coordinating an amicus brief by state advocates and another amicus brief former state legislators from Illinois, Nevada and Virginia to support our Attorney General's appellate case. In the fall 2021, we hosted the Chicagoland leg of the ERA Bus tour with our friends at VoteEqualityUS.
