The Equal Rights Amendment will be part of the U.S. Constitution
Here are four actions you can take today:
1. Educate yourself. Visit the Resources page for suggestions on where to start.
2. Post a message of support on Facebook about the Equal Rights Amendment. Tag us with @ERAIllinois and we will re-post your message. Then do it again on Twitter.
3. Talk to at least one friend or family member about the Equal Rights Amendment. A majority of Americans mistakenly think it already passed!
4. Send a letter to your local paper. Name your Legislator specifically so they are sure to see it.
The Equal Rights Amendment is fully ratified and must be published as adopted.
